  • Two options: Australia Post (approx. 1-2 weeks) or DHL courier services (2-4 days).

OUR RETURNS ARE SIMPLE TOO

At Sweaters Australia, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have a simple returns policy in place to make the process easy for you. Please review the details below:

    1. Eligibility and Timeframe:

      • For Australian orders, returns must be initiated within 21 days from the date of purchase.
      • For international orders, returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    2. Refund Process:

      • To initiate a return, please send the item(s) you wish to return to the following address:

      • Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
      • When returning an item, the refund will be issued for the product cost minus the original postage cost. (if garments are returned and this brings the total spend under $150, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund) Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Exchange Process:

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please include a note with your return indicating the desired exchange details.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund as per the refund process mentioned above.
  2. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. Sweaters Australia is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Some items may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions. These items will be clearly marked on our website or in the product description.
